I go to a different stylist every time, yet I get a great haircut without fail. It's because of their unique system that stores the instructions for your preferred haircut in their computer. The stylists are all friendly and talented as well.

No complaints. I have short uncomplicated hair, so the cuts are simple. Been going to Great Clips salons for 5 years and haven't had any problems.

LADIES - AVOID GETTING A HAIRCUT BY JOHNNY. took my sister in, ended up with one side having the long layers that were asked for the other without them. Went back (big mistake) to ask for him to even it up. He ended up giving her short layers that were not blended - she has thick, wavy hair, so it now looks like she got a bad bob and put extensions in underneath it all. Things are usually at least okay, but if you can't do a simple long layered look, don't cut any long hair.
