Showed up at 9am for a haircut a simple buzz cut #2 all the way around. Was told to come back at 9:30, I complied. Came back and waited until 9:45 still was not serviced. The two stylists that were there were doing cut and color on two women that showed up after I left the first time. Everyone knows a cut and color can drag on for eternity. I was blatantly lied to on the time frame. Little do they know I have the interview of my life today for a position I've been trying to acquire for 4 years now. This business missed out on a great tipping returning customer. Get it together ladies.

Ok, I know you get what you pay for but I paid a lot to have an uneven haircut and sub par color and partial highlight. To be fair the highlight wasn't horrible but the cut, OH MY!!! A friend of mine also took a chance, first cut was good but the second was an uneven MESS!! The stylist was distracted and careless. Do yourself a favor and pay a few more $$ and go to a real salon if you want even hair.

I had an appointment at 3 o'clock today. I arrived two minutes before and announce my name. The girl looked at me funny and then turned to look at Michael who I had the appointment with. She said oh have a seat, it will just be a few minutes. I thought to myself, no it won't, after i looked and saw he was walking over to his station/chair where a lady was already seated --her hair was dry so he hadn't started on her yet---I saw he had a hair dye bowl and brush in his hand. He looked at me kind of funny and I said what about my 3 o'clock? ? He said oh she had a 3:30 and she showed up early. I said so you took her and gave my appointment to her? Thanks a lot. there was no I'm sorry no nothing. So I walked out. I WILL NEVER GO THRRE AGAIN. If I didn't have an appointment, that would be one thing but when I specifically made an appointment I expected it to be honored. I am firing off a complaint to Fantastic Sams corporate office someone needs to know whats going on there and how they have a lack of respect for their clients with appointment.s.
