Marlene is awesome! I do fun colors in my hair and she never disappoints. Great atmosphere, friendly, receptive stylists and great pricing. The only place I go for my hair. They didn't have the colors I wanted, so the area manager took the time to go get the colors and didn't charge any extra. Been going to this location for 10 years. Just love it. Again, Marlene is amazing.

Good hair stylists. Most of the negative reviews on here are from years ago, dont let that intimidate you. Jonte is great and cuts my hair nicely every time. Good prices.

The service here is terrible. I went in for a full face wax and everyone there seemed a little confused at to what that was. One of the hairstylists had to tell the girl how to wax full face which honestly should have raised a red flag for me. I did not want to be rude and tell the lady I wanted someone else to do my wax so I let her proceed. She took about 20 min. to do one eyebrow, waxed a chunk out of my other eyebrow, and burned my skin. I can't even wash my eyelid from how burned my skin is. When I told her I was leaving she had the nerve to ask me if I still wanted to do the rest of my face! One lady came to help her but I think she just made it worse. At the end I still had to pay $5 for my butchered eyebrows because they said I had to pay for something. One stylist gave me his card with a complementary wax but I do not think I can trust anyone there anymore. I ended up going across the street to my normal threading place for them to fix my eyebrow mess. Lesson learned, if you want a wax definitely do not let any employee here touch your brows. At the end, you get what you pay for.

Ok, I know you get what you pay for but I paid a lot to have an uneven haircut and sub par color and partial highlight. To be fair the highlight wasn't horrible but the cut, OH MY!!! A friend of mine also took a chance, first cut was good but the second was an uneven mess!! The stylist was "distracted" with personal issues and careless. Do yourself a favor, pay a few bucks more and get a good cut and color elsewhere. *** this review for the Ann location***

Still hoping to win like Floyd Johnson Sr. but not really happy about the new "We will not check your keno tickets over the phone anymore" ! I play 50 to 100 games at a time ! Now I am forced to spend gas money to make a second trip, just to find out I lost !! That is ridiculous !!
