Checked in online and was told to show up at 1:46 because my son wanted his hair cut by Aly P. We showed up at 1:43 and checked in. Waited and waited and waited. At 2:30 Aly P finally comes over to us and says she didnt realize we were waiting because she left for lunch just after we arrived... I mean do you not check your board before you go??? Took 35 minutes to give my son a simple fade and she didnt speak to him once while there, just spoke to the other stylists about their dogs the whole time. The manager was there and never spoke to us once either! I am fairly confident we will NEVER return to this location.

Never been to SportClips before, because I usually go to my other stylist, but I won a free haircut for me and my boys at a Rebel game. Stylist I had was Melinda and I told her to just do whatever she wanted to do to my hair because I was planning on buzzing it anyway and since the haircut was free I might as well get a look at what someone else would do with it. The cut ended up being about what I thought it would be but I found Melinda to be just a delight. She was a real professional and I liked the end product. I admit I was kind of bummed when it was all over because she created a fun and enjoyable atmosphere for me to get a cut; not silly or anything it was just very low key, not pushy, soft spoken, didn't talk my ear off (meaning that it was a two sided conversation), and had a perfect sense of humor. SportClips is lucky to have her there and I made sure I asked for a business card when I left. Thanks Melinda!

Staffs are really good and friendly and they listen to what we say and they suggest too. Kids friendly. I love their manager, Aly and pigtailed stylist.

Rachel is the BEST! Just love her cuts, personality, and she's always smiling! I get a "Welcome!" when I enter and it's just a great place to get your hair cut. I recommend going and get the VIP...the hot towel, massage chair, scalp and back massage, are the best!
