I went around October if I can remember correctly. It was great. I got my hair colored and cut. It was all perfect. I have really curly hair and the one person who cut my hair also had curly hair so she knew what she was doing. I can’t exactly remember her name but I’m sure if you ask for her, they may know who you were talking about. I will go in again some time next month for a new haircut and hair color.

The heavier girl that did my hair was terrible. I showed her what I wanted, and she couldn't do it right. Didn't do the V cut correctly. My hair is longer on one side than the other. And she is terrible at layers. Couldn't make my bangs flow into the rest of my hair. Her husband and his friend came in, and she rushed to get to them, even though they weren't on the list. Let them cut in front of a young lady who waited patiently.

I stopped in around 5:15pm the older woman with long curly hair told me that they had 4 people ahead of me and the other girl was providing a color which looked like she was about done. She was blow drying the girls hair. (Thats besides the point) The older woman was saying how it be an hour before me and they didn't have time because they close at 7pm again it's only 5:15. I don't know if it's the policy that they can't take anyone because they won't close on time. That was poor customer service. She didn't even give me an option if I wanted to get one of the services done or make an appointment to come in morning. I just walked out. Won't ever go back. Went to curl up dye down the road. Got excellent service and an awesome hair cut, eye brows done and bought 2 products. My advice to you super cuts is perhaps have more staff on and provide better customer service. Uodated: I will say the owner Lindsey did call me and apologized and sent some coupons for me to go back and give them another try. I have been back few times and the ladies are nice. They have had some different managers and that stylist is gone. I did appreciate that the owner took time to call that is the only reason I went back. She truly cares about her clients and wants everyone to be happy.

Took my son a while back to get a fade. It was so choppy and you could see the lines where they ran the clippers. I went back just now on the chance that maybe it was just an off day for them... they dropped my appt and when I brought it to their attention, the stylist with the colorful dreds argued that I was wrong and all the other ppl were there before me. Last time I'll ever give them another chance... horrible customer service!

OMG these ladies are incredible every time I go In we all start laughing and having a good time I get great vibes every time I’m there awesome music and btw ask for Kiki she’s freaking amazing if u looking for a killer fade she hooks it up with her dope skills!!!! #ask4kiki
