Always loved this place, the beauticians take care of you and really make sure you’re comfortable and happy. All of the staff always seems happy and willing to help with anything. Fairly priced! Better than a lot of other places I’ve gone. Plus there’s a great breakfast place next door :)

Love, love, love this salon. I've been seeing my stylist Jenny O since 2012 and I'm so grateful I found her! The entire experience of this salon is top notch from the first moment you enter and are greeted to walking out the door with fresh beautiful hair!

My wife made a same day appointment on a Saturday and received outstanding service. Attention to detail was exceptional. Courteous and professional staff with diverse character. Male and females are serviced here. Wi-Fi access is also available at this locating with plenty of parking.

First time customer, got my haircut by Elle. She did an amazing job and I am to happy to have found my new stylist. Everyone else here is super friendly, there's a really fun vibe and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone! Prices are reasonable!!

I showed up with my older cousin trying to get a hair cut. We were running late coming from Tahoe but called the salon ahead to let them know. They informed us to hurry over to see if we could still make it with enough time to go threw with the appointment. When we showed up, I ran inside only 8 minutes late. The barber "Richie" then informed us we were too late and that he would not see me. I began rescheduling with lela while my cousin talked with Richie. Riche then asked my cousin if he would like to "step out" to handle things. Sketchy as this sounded we left trying not to make a scene. Richie kicked us out then followed my cousin into the road and threatened to punch him in the face. Most of the staff followed us outside to watch instead of trying to calm their barber. BY FAR THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH AN "INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR STYLIST." Wasting 3 hrs. of our time was enough. . .we really didnt need to be chased out to our car by Oakland's angriest Santa Claus. The owner has blatantly lied by stating I was 17 minutes late, I was 8 minutes late. . .and I can prove it. Plus, they knew I was coming from Tahoe. I guess I'm not surprised they are willing to lie to protect their reputation.
