I️ have been coming to Racelly’s for almost 4 years now. I️ love my hairdresser Giselle she is the best. Everyone is so nice and funny and the owner Racelly is a great human being, she is so nice and warming. 😍😍

Avoid this place at all cost. I went for a simple blowout and I had the worst experience of my life. I start with the wash. A lady who washes hair doesn't know how to do it at all. She washed my hair with all her strength rubbing it so painfully I told her many times that it's too hard but I think she didn't or didn't want to understand me. She kept commenting in Spanish. She then started ripping my hair instead of combing. I took a hairbrush and started doing it myself. The blowout was even worst. The girl who did it was rude. She gave me an attitude and was so disinterested in what she was doing often going on the side and checking herself in the mirror. She also pulled my hair and burned my scalp. I told her that it was way too hot and she was just saying 'what do you expect it a blowout'. I have done so many in my life and never felt my head on fire. It's the second day and my scalp is still burning. Also my hair looks very damaged. I regret so much not just leaving half way through and doing it at home as I do a better job myself. The whole experience was terrible and in addition their attitude made me feel so unwelcome and uncomfortable!!!!

After first wash my hair color totally changed and so did the texture. The difference from when I got it done to what my hair looks like now is crazy. The hair color costed so much and faded away after the first wash. It still comes off everytime I wash my hair. And they do take a lot of time because most of the time they are texting, talking or singing. They change their price after they get done, which is a complete fraud. At first, she agreed on $170 for everything and after it got done, she costed $190. The colors are so horrible that after the first wash, bleach starts to appear instead of the actual color. It didn't even take one month but just a day for my hair to lose most of the color. They don't stick to their words, they text and talk while they do their work, which is so disrespectful and they use bad and unhealthy colors that don't even last and break hair. Please do not go here if you don't want to lose your hair.

Experienced young staff! They do a quick consulting making sure there's an understanding on what color, cut and style your looking for (bring photo of look you want, it helps). They will assess and advice what would be best for your hair. The only downfall, because they do take walk-ins you can be there for a few hours. However the results are amazing!! Cost is very reasonable 😉 Great job ladies!
