I was there Oct 6, 2018 for color, wash & set, cut and style. I arrived at 10:04 am and did not leave until minutes to 4pm. This was my first and last time. Iâ€™ve never been to a salon where it takes almost 6 hours and it wasnâ€™t even crowded. I wanted black and my hair is black/brown. My cut isnâ€™t the best either and didnâ€™t realize it until the next morning when I actually had the time to look at my hair. The experience took so long I had to rush out of the salon to make my engagement in nyc for 7pm. And to top it off, I paid $149.80 for all of this. Sonia, I think thatâ€™s her name, was very nice but not happy with the overall experience for the money I spent. I feel I was ripped off. I am trying to find a salon to take care of my hair needs but this will not be it.
