I went there today, panicking and almost in tears. When I explained my stuation, they made a spot for me immediately! I was so happy with my cut and color, Leona you saved me in time for my Birthday weekend! Thank you!

I had a haircut here back in June. I asked Leona to collapse the corners of a bob... Any good hair stylist would understand what I meant. Instead she ended up cutting one side of layers in the back at least 4 inches shorter than the other side. Its ashame because everyone is so nice there.

I happened to stumble unto this place one day while driving around town in need of a trim. I walked in and it was pretty late and was greeted by Leona. She was more than accommodating considering I had no appt. She took me right in and once finished I couldn’t believe how great my layered cut came out. I have thick curly hair and I love it choppy all over the place. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it look better than the picture. I have gone again since then and as always Leona is very courteous and professional. Will definitely be going again!!

I have been going to Laura the owner of the hair factory for years and not once have I been disappointed. She listens to what I'm looking for and delivers. The entire staff is great and comical! The prices are extremely affordable. I have had cut, highlights and weddings up do's all I loved!
