TERRIBLE !! I wish I could rate this salon a ZERO! This salon is horrible . Double the cost of a normal dobbie shop and half the talent .

Not a shop for people who have ethnic hair. I went here after taking my braids out. I wanted a simple wash and blow dry. There was spritz in my hair that should have veen washed out before the 7qgirl attempted to comb through it. I told her she should wet it 0then xomb it out using conditioner. She oyt kept raking through my hair and pulling my hair out. When it was time to blow it dry she was very heavy handed and was running the comb across my scalp with each pass... i told her i didnt want any product but she kept putting polish in it while she was flat ironing it. She sprayed the polish 3 times with each section that she flat ironed... because of that my hair had no bounce and was very weighed down. I normally have alot of body and bounce. I have a good grade of hair with pics to show so there was no reason why i should have left looking the way i did... i looked like an elementary school girl who curled her own hair for the 1st time...
