Checked in online and the site said there was a 70 minute wait. That seemed super extreme for a haircut on a random weekday.. til we got there.
2 stylists were with customers, though it was clear that their conversation with the hostess, hostess trainee, and another customer/friend was waaaaay more important than anything else that was going on.
Edited to add- I devoutly hope that this was responded to by a bot of some kind.. otherwise, you literally just asked me to forward details you were looking at when you put in the response to another party within your organization. And congratulations, your action has taken me from a mildly irritated customer that was leaving a review I was prompted for to a former customer who will go find another easy spot for hair trims. Heaven knows there's a few around here.
