I have only gotten my hair cut from 2 lady's here. The first name is Mara and she is flipping amazing!!!! she listens to you, and cuts your hair with precision. I for sure recommend Mara. The second lady I got from here I didn't get her name she is kind of short and walks with a limp. I do not recommend her at all. She kept questioning everything I was telling her, and so I ended up with a cut that I didn't want but is now to short to straighten out so I just have to deal with. While she was cutting she was just too erratic. The clippers start on one side and she would cut all wavey and out of order, not in straight lines. I felt like when I got home my hair was going to be destroyed. I was partially right. I'm just trying to search for a good place to get my hair cut and end up with people like I described. Mara is definitely your best and safest best. Be careful do not get the lady with the limp.

When I checked in the receptionist told me it would be a 25-30 minute wait, and that one gentleman had checked in online so he would be going before me. A man entered and was called to the chair before me, as expected. However, around the 40 minute mark, I asked the receptionist and she confirmed that there was only one person ahead of me. Not even 2 minutes later the receptionist calls another gentleman who entered the store after me to the chair. At this point it was clear that my time was not valued, so I asked the receptionist to take me off of the list and I left with no haircut. All in all, it was a colossal waste of time, infuriating, and on my only day off. Donâ€™t waste your time with supercuts.

There's not too bad of wait but you can call ahead. The ones that cut my hair do a good job and a picture of what you're going for is very helpful.

I love coming here. Calling ahead to check in is recommended. I enjoy the fact that they usually have at least one person on staff that knows, as well as has the proper equipment, to do a razor cut (something I would recommend for women who get short hair cuts). They're always professional, but funny, truly enjoy talking with their customers, and actively listen. Even when months go by, they'll remember you. It's a great place and will leave you happy and leaving having a great experience, too.

Haircuts were good, everyone was nice but the eyebrow wax was the worse, the old lady asked how an eye wax was done. now I have to walk around with funny eyebrows.
