The stylists are friendly, but the quality of the cuts is average to below average. There were three of us getting cuts and none of us were terribly pleased. They spend a lot of time gabbing between themselves which is a bit rude sine they should be focusing on the person in the chair. Their prices are a little higher than most. I don't have much hair so most places give me a discount since it literally takes less than 5 minutes to do it. We'll probably go back to Supercuts or Fantastic Sam's next time.

I always bring my grandma here for her hair cuts! It's a wonderful staff and her cuts are always fantastic. It's nice that I can look online on the check in screen for wait times for the best times to take her and I can check in when we're ready to leave, it's a great feature.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I am a hair dresser and my friend came to me from the Great Clips in orchard park with the most hacked up inverted bob I have ever seen in my life. The ( very rude ) stylist, Jen, did her hair but it looked like my one year old cut it. Not exactly sure ho she even got a job at a salon as a stylist. So now my poor friend is stuck walking around with this jacked up inverted bob until it grows out so I can fix it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pretty good for the price. I usually need to touch up my hair at home but it's very change cheap and the staff is always nice. Would recommend for anyone that needs a basic trim
