I love this salon! Danielle and Jess do my hair and Monica and Donna do my nails .. Love them!

my color is always on point thanks to my girl Danielle, SHE ROCKS🙃 and Jess always makes sure my eyebrows are on fleek😌 And don't even get me started on the girl at the front desk... TALK ABOUT GLAMEROUSSSSSS. Allure will be my #1 forever. love you girlz!!

WORST Hair Salon Ever. I went there 2 years ago for highlights with a groupon, which I was okay with and satisfied. I recently just went there July 2015 to do a hairstyle which I showed Danielle the stylist. Once she saw this she said she would do it and it would cost me $185 I stated that would be fine. Once they were done, I went home and noticed my hair was nothing like the picture and you couldn't even see the color. So, I went back to ask if she can fix it they wanted to charge me $30 to fix the top but would charge nothing to fix the bottom. She proceed to fix the bottom I left there and was crying in tears at home being that my hair was completely blonde in a circle on the left side of my hair. I called them and went back the next day, she said she would fix it but I was tired of putting my hair through so much, so I stated to just do in brown and could I receive some kind of refund or credit to satisfy me being that I would of continued if they would of cared more about me as a customer. They would not do either. The Owner MONICA was completely rude to me over the phone and did not care at all what I had to say, she stated over and over that it was what I wanted and proceeded to down talk me. I couldn't believe what she was saying when their mission statement is all talk about satisfying the customer. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND This SALON TO ANYONE! They are not worthy of anyones money. If I could give a negative star they would deserve it. I never talk bad about services but this to much to deal with.
