I have always had a pleasant experience at the Wayne location. The Manager Isadora usually cuts my hair and does a fantastic job. She always greets me when I arrive. She is AWESOME!!!!

My mom often finds that every stylist she's had aside from Carnella(?) is unable to make sure her thick hair strands blend into each other; tldr: her haircut was choppy. As for me, they're pretty informative about what haircut to get based on my face shape; the only problem is that they sometimes give me a choppy haircut like my mom. Are they lgbt+ friendly? They questioned me getting short hair, but only because they didn't think it suited my round face. 😅 They still cut it short for me anyways since that's what I wanted. The bald guy does a good job with fades; I wish I could have given him a $5 tip but I needed that extra dollar to make sure I had enough money to buy pads. 😭 The blonde lady is very friendly, she talks to you as she cuts your hair.

This is the worst place ever. My 12 year old went with my nephew on Saturday, July 21 for haircut before a party where he was giving a toast. I got a frantic call from my son saying the stylist shaved off half his eyebrow. Of course, I rushed to find my son distressed; he was being made to think it was all his fault. The Manager on duty said to the two boys that he would give them a $5 discount (are u kidding me!). I demanded to talk to the person in charge who had no explanation of why this happened. Worst i had to ask for an apology. He also told me he could do nothing about it and i should go to a eye brow place even though they had stylist in the salon. I also demanded to talk to the stylist but the manager on duty told me that i'd had to wait since she was with a client. I was beyond livid. I called the owner who was much nice and started with an apology and told me that she doesn't understand how an experienced stylist could do that. She also refunded the entire amount. Finally the culprit stylist came up and instead of apologizing starts telling me how my 12 year old son moved and she shaved his eyebrow (in broken english)...really!!!! My son is a smart, gifted child who has been having hair cuts since he was 12.... besides if he was moving..she should have stopped and told him to be still. Anyways then another woman there was kind enough to show me how to make it a little presentable. The one star is for that. After closer inspection at home i also found that she had shaved off his hairline and half his side burns. I dont think the stylist at the salon is licenced or trained. Sorry Shilpa (owner) ...you ought to do better than that!!!

I just had the most horrible experience of my life. This short Mexican lady who cut my hair is the worst I have seen in 10 years. I had clearly mentioned what I need but all she was worried about was to cut mine hair and take on the next customer. I back hairs are in really bad share and since I could not see them there I even paid a tip(such a waste) I am not sure about the others at Wayne branch of Great clips so don't want to generalize but please do not offer her an opportunity to do the same from you. I do not remember her name else would have mentioned it.
