went to guys and dolls a couple months ago, the customer service was nice they offered drinks while you wait. That's the one star! I had an appointment with Dominique I asked for a simple color job dye my hair a natural brown to hide the red undertones, my last dye put in. I expressed how much I hate red in my hair and that was my only goal. After she washed she was only drying a section of it cause I wanted to leave my hair curly. She never bothered to check if she followed thru on what I asked she simple blow dried the section and sent me on my way . I left the salon and immediately saw the red in my hair i just paid to cover. She also didn't bother to remove the dye from around the edges of my hairline. I walked out with dye all over the place. She did such a sloppy job. I was going to call and complain but then to make matters worse a few days later a big section of my hair broke. I was so upset I just rather not go anywhere near this place.

I had high expectations from this salon Worst experience ever staff was having such loud conversations about their personal life's i went in there asking specifically for 2 things getting rid of my red undertones and getting rid of my dark roots (Dominique) not only did she just redo what I already had in my hair she made it even more tones of red and yellow I wanted ash brown with hints of blonde highlights she gave me caramel highlights on dark hair and left hair color on the both sides of my face n forehead never had such a sloppy job done on my hair I will never recommend any1 to get their hair done from this hair stylist.

I've been going for two years now and I have nothing but good things to say. My stylist, Ina, has the magic hands of blessing my hair! Everytime I ask for something done, she delivers amazingly! Couldn't ask for a better stylist and salon.
