Best service I have encountered in Queens beauty salon. Tim and his crew are very on point and careful with every detail. You don't stay without attention for a minute. I had to remove yellow pigment from my hair and had done some research before I went into salons, Tim was very knowledgeable and understood my needs. The interior design also very welcoming and clean.

Asked the man for a simple one color bleach on my hair and he ended up giving me streaks and highlights throughout saying that the one color would look ugly which he didnt even say until he sae my reaction when he was done. thank you for the input but it's my hair... this is ridiculous. I was asking for an ashy grey color and walked out the salon with a bronze highlighted hair. Went back the next day to get it fixed and he replied with "that will be an extra 80$ charge bc its a long process but I don't recommend it bc itr won't look nice when your hair grows out " This was after I initially paid 300$ the day before. Absolutely ridiculous. I didn't ask for much just one color on my head, and he golt nothing right. Color is all messed up and I have a streak invasion on my head like I'm in the 2000's

Worst experience of life. Came in with high expectations and left super angry upset and annoyed. At first I had ask for jessie to color my hair whom I had an appointment with so some other women took over so as they were processing my hair I was seeing the results I wanted. I was going for a super light ash blonde. Than it took a turn for the worst as another stylist was blowing out my hair i had notice different color patches around my hair and so i had to stop him. He didnt even acknowledged the big mistake that was on my hair. So I called jessie over and I was like this needs to be fix so like 3 people came over and started messing with my hair i forgot to mention that my roots didn't color either successfully I had red patches on my roots. So I kept my cool let them fix it whatever after my hair got washed for the millionth time I take off the towel and see that they totally changed my hair color to grey..grey when I specifically asked for light ash blonde. She than started giving bullcrap story about bleached hair i just looked at her and told her that the reason my hair color changed was because they tried covering their mistakes. All I know I left very very unhappy because 1. I didn't get what I wanted 2. They had absolutely NO FREAKIN CONSIDERATION. 3. I spent big money on crappy work. That being said, Save your money and go to real professionals not hack jobs that these people do and steal your money.
