I had scheduled my first time appointment for balayage blonde highlights with Douglas two weeks in advanced. The receptionist named Paula called and confirmed my appointment in the morning with me on the phone for the next day. After an hour, I recieved 3 voicemails of blank messages from Top Salon, seems the receptionist was having trouble leaving a voice message.
My phone rang again, I got to answer it and Paula explained that an event was taken place tomorrow and she needs to reschedule me. I told Paula I had just confirmed with her an hour ago. Paula was very dismissive of answering my questions of why the appointment was being canceled and on above all, she was very hard to understand on the phone. After I insisted ten times for her to please put someone else on the line, she did. The woman who came on the phone said there was no event happening tomorrow, but that my appointment was double-booked.
This was very frustrating and aggravating on the phone and the fact that I anticipated my hair getting done for two weeks.
Very poor customer service representative Paula. It doesn't represent the salon in a professional manner.
