I was nervous with the prior online reviews, but we were staying nearby for my graduation, and I decided to give it a try. I booked an appointment weeks in advance online. I received emails and texts in advance to remind me of the appointment. when I arrived that morning for my 8:30 appointment, the front desk person was friendly and kind. She got me a drink, and I was taken back for my appointment 2 minutes early. Jessica who did my blowout was AMAZING. She gave the BEST scalp massage (which is an add-on I recommend!) and gave me the most gorgeous blowout. I have long, thick hair and she blew it out wonderfully with the proper products, and then she curled the ends just as I wanted so that my cap would sit nicely on my head. My curls lasted me well past my actual ceremony--I'd say they lasted for 10 hours at least that day. My photos from my graduation are amazing thanks to Jessica's care and attention to detail. My smooth hair lasted me 3 more days before I washed it again. My blowout was fabulous and I can't wait to try drybar again. This place was wonderful. I wish I lived nearby to go back sometime!

Good for client events. Theyâ€™ll let you sit in the back and gab for a little after your blowout. Friendly staff. One of the better Drybars in the city.

PLEASE LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS!!! I WAS 2 HOURS LATE TO MY BRIDAL SHOWER, THANKS TO THIS LOCATION. I WAS TOLD IT WAS AN HOUR WAIT AND I HAD A MAKE UP APPOINTMENT AT SEPHORA THAT I COULD NOT CHANGE...SO I WAS STUCK THERE TO WAIT!! STYLIST- JOSH WAS AMAZING BUT THE MANAGEMENT OF THIS SALON DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AND THEIR PLANS...ONLY GETTING SEATS FILLED. SO MANY WOMEN WERE THERE UPSET AND FREAKING OUT BECAUSE OF THE WAY THEY HANDLE THEIR BOOKINGS. THIS WAS A ONCE IN A LIFETIME EVENT THEY RUINED. DO NOT BOOK HERE FOR ANY BIG EVENT RELATED ACTIVITIES !!! MY BLOW OUT WAS COMPED BUT THAT DIDN'T GIVE ME THE TIME BACK AT MY SHOWER OR THE STRESS OF GETTING READY SO LATE. SO DISAPPOINTING!!! ONLY COME IF YOU NEED A CASUAL BLOWOUT FOR NOTHING IMPORTANT. THEY DO A GOOD JOB STYLING BUT NOT MANAGING APPOINTMENTS WHICH IS CRUCIAL TO CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
