I want to share with you my awful experience. I was a regular for 4+ years and in the last appointments I had to constantly wait as the stylist was running late. In one of the last appointments, the desk assistant moved arbitrarily my appointment by 15 minutes (without letting me know) and that resulted in me waiting for the stylist 35+ minutes.
Additionally, their appointment system is misleading: I booked a clean up with a certain Simone (certainly not a Harvard scholar nor a philanthropist) as my stylist was not available and I was welcomed by an attitude which was irritating to say the least: initially, she tried to give me a hair cut pretending she did not know I had booked a clean up (but who does she want to fool? does not she check her appointments beforehand?), then she reinforced the wrong attitude asking if I wanted my eyebrows trimmed... it became clear to me she just wanted to take the most out of me, that was her ultimate goal. Not happy with that, when I brought up that I only wanted a clean up, she said that clean ups are only offered to those clients which are followed by a stylist (not true as I booked clean ups with several stylists several times).
So we are basically speaking of a cheater and buffoon. She barely gave me a clean up in less than 10 minutes (whose quality I do not even want to comment...)and charged me $40...
When I emailed them asking for a correction and bringing up the issues above, this is the email I received:

Enough said, right? If that's the way they treat regulars, I cannot even imagine what else they are capable of. STAY AWAY.
