The worst blow out I have ever had. I really hate to write bad reviews. I think I have only written a few in my life. I expected a professional blow out experience. I had a video shoot and wanted to look my best. The hair dresser merely blew it dry flat and then curled it. I expressed my disappointment and she tried to fix it but didn't the skill to do so. I was short on time and frustrated. By the time I stepped outside it fell flat and looked like I had just stepped out of the shower w out any blow dry at all. I called to complain and I do hope I receive my money back. I won't return and will continue to go to a professional salon where the dressers know how to offer a proper voluminous blow out.

Great hair wash and blow dry for the person "on the go" who doesn't have time to do their own hair or just wants to treat themselves to a spa experience! Great also for someone who wants a professional blow out for a special occasion. I've been twice in one week and never left disappointed with the result! Highly recommend!

the managers at dry bar do not treat their employees good at all they are there for their friends only the bigger boss must change that or else soon all the good stylist leave or managers fire them and the word will be out

If I could give the blowout 0 stars, I would. I was so excited to try drybar, and the disappointment was awful. I made this appointment for my birthday and the only result was creating unnecessary stress. Not only was the initial styling of the poorest quality I've ever received, when I asked the "stylist" (she did not seem to have experience with hair or knowledge of the styles offered at drybar) for someone else to do my hair, she insisted that she fix it. I had to demand that someone else do it after she failed a second time. I left fuming with frustration, called the "contact us" number, waited on hold for 15 minutes and was ultimately late to my birthday plans (due to the fact that I estimated 45-60 minutes for my appointment and was there for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.) I will never waste my time with drybar again and I will certainly not think to rely on what seems to be a poorly staffed, and poorly run corporate chain.
