Parlor gives you a first class salon experience! From the excellent front desk host to the experienced, professional and very talented stylists, you could not ask for more from a salon. Great place!

Let me just say I am that hard to please shrewish customer. I am by no means unreasonable, but I know exactly what I want and I have zero tolerance for any deviation. Giovanna is skilled, intelligent, and remarkably professional. We always have a thorough consultation during which she very honestly explains what can be done. And then I get stunning results that are exactly what we agreed upon. And I mean EXACTLY. Every time. This dependability to me is invaluable. Not to mention that the place is so high quality without any pretense. The whole atmosphere is comfy and elegant. Warm people, soft lighting, sincere smiling, educated stylists, classy customer service, and classy conversations. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Parlor is by far the most incredible salon I've ever been to. Every person is helpful, friendly, and accommodating and the service is unmatched. I've been going to Giovanna for three years and my hair has never looked better. Friends that I've sent there are also so happy and told me they'd never go anywhere else.

i was going here for over 6 years.. the place has been increasingly mismanaged with their expansion to brooklyn.. staff turns over every month.. DRAFTY PLACE, OLD NONWORKING SINKS and spacey non- local staff with loud music adds up to a bad experience.. the out of touch owner, kate, does not care and is very cold.. do not go!
