I would never recommend this place or service. Owner Natasha, same as previously failed shop was incredibly rude and ratchet, yet tried to appear professional with her faded blazer. No customer service skills. Shop is completely taking advantage of the sisterlocks brand. However, sadly on my part I went against the other reviews, not just Google, of other women saying they do nice work but rips you off. Natasha thought she would try to add on charges because she assumed my hair was the same as all other clients in a certain stage of sisterlocks. I answered all her questions honestly and specifically about my hair. If their was any grey area or unclarity, she could've easily asked for pics or asked me to come in earlier to have a consultation prior to booking my appointment and taking my money so quickly. She seemed to be more concerned about if I was going to agree to have a additional open tab of $50/hr, but can't give me an assessment or estimate of how much additional time and labor is needed.she wasn't even the person doing my hair. Funny, she became immature and aggressive because she thinks I care to know "she stays booked 24/7" however I was the only 1 there. That says alot. If that was the case, you wouldn't be pressed. She decided she wanted to act like she wanted to throw hands like a hoodrat, because she couldn't handle her emotions, over the fact that I wasn't giving her any more money to get out of the red.Fortunately for her, that's not What she wants, I wouldn't want to be embarrassed in front of my shop either. What professional, is calling customers bitches and broke? Im broke but i paid your overpriced service ahead of my services that never got rendered. But when you don't have a sign on your shop, I guess you have to try to get it anyway you can. I see why the YouTube views are awfully low, followers on social media is scarce and the shop is following a decline like the last shop that didn't make it.
