I like this salon, but they do not dedicate all of their time to just you. They have the stylist going between 2 or sometimes 3 customers... You are often sitting waiting for the person to come cut or finish your haircut. They are very nice, but I would like to pay for my stylist to sit and dedicate the time to me and focus on me.

I only need a basic cut, so have to deduct a star for lack of difficulty. Have been happy with two different stylists. People are friendly and prices are good.

I did not have a good experience here. Pros: - everyone was very friendly and kind cons: - the $70 haircut that I paid for took less than 10 minutes and I have a lot of hair. there was a lack of attention to detail on how I wanted my hair to be cut and layered; the stylist did not acknowledge what I had asked for. it wasn't a hack job but it definitely wasn't thorough. - I waited about 45 mins to be seen. I wouldn't go back given the amount of time I was waiting and the price to quality of cut ratio.
