If you're on vacation, please let potential customers know somehow (via your salon's voicemail or an email, you have our emails when we booked online via StyleSeat)!! If you're closed during the weekday mornings, please make that public record on Google!! I arrived at 9:30am today, and the salon was still gated. Booked an appointment that got canceled for no reason prior to this, no explanation whatsoever. Never received an email response from you guys when I left one last week. A total disservice!! I'm done with y'all!
