Horrible!!!! I made an appointment and I was late for 15 mins( I called and asked them if that was okay, I was told yes that is fine) when I came in sad/ unprofessional/ unsatisfied front desk showed after 5-7 mins, and told me that they won't take because I'm late. When I stared questions why they didn't inform me on the phone when I called he was very rude and talking on the phone ignored me totally and screamed that it wasn't him it was call center! Aveda have made a good name, but workers are taking it down!!! Hopefully management takes a deeper look into it. I had to drive one hour to get there and I was turned down he said he doesn't care if they loose a customer it's a Groupon anyway!!! Stylist showed up and said they won't take anyone if they are late for more 10 mins. And when I asked their names stylist gave it right away but front desk person was extremely rude and unprofessional on her/his phone! And I kept asking his name he didn't give I had to start recording then he shouted it's Andy! I have never ever experienced such an unprofessionalism and rudeness especially from the front desk person! By the way that's the face of Aveda!!!

Aviva did an AMAZING job. No one has ever understood how to cut my bangs and she did them flawlessly. So happy with my cut, canâ€™t wait to come back!

I am so grateful to everyone that works here!!! I had an appointment with Kaitlin for a haircut, but last night I decided to dye my own hair (I know...but I usually do it with moderate success) and ended up with red roots. I sat down with Kaitlin and asked her honest opinion on my situation. We decided to re-dye my roots so she picked a color to make my hair all one color. Since I had only booked the time for a haircut, Kaitlin arranged for other stylists to wash and cut my hair because she had another client coming in. Lyndon rinsed out my color and washed my hair. He did a great job, was very thorough, and was pleasant to chat with. Aviva cut and styled my hair. In the short time we were together (she did my hair while her client was waiting for her hair dye to develop), she captured exactly what I wanted and even made adjustments based on what we discussed. Overall, I was so pleased with my services today. The stylists went out of their way to accommodate me and I am so appreciative of them. Thank you!!

The salon is spacious, clean, & welcoming. Justin listened to what I wanted in the haircut and spent a good amount of time taking it all in. Hank washed my hair well and gave a great mini massage. It's always nerve-wracking getting a cut from an unknown stylist but he was very attentive. Justin did exactly as I requested and I loved the end result of my haircut! The staff was all pleasant and we had great conversations.
