Never ever go there for highlights! Terrible!!! Not only they damage my hair but they dont know how to condition or blow dry!!!

Only 1 stylist, gets busy. Jay gets overworked and doesn't listen. Went to cut & dye my very healthy hair. I walked in about 10:30 and left @ 2 pm. Jay took many clients and I sat and waited first with dye in hair then in chair waiting for cut. Jay does dry cuts then used flat iron. He never asked how I wanted my hair, he did it like everybody else's ..pin straight! Dye is very harsh and was left too long on my head, now my hair is extremely dry as is my super itchy scalp, and stench of dye is unbearable! Now my hair is no longer soft and silky even when washing and conditioning. My hair when wet, feels like a dry straw birds nest and has lost it's healthiness. My hair is now fried and it'll take at least two years to grow out healthy and long again! Now I need to get deep conditioning and heat cap to treat my hair. Lots of money down the drain! Back to Bamboo Salon!
