Outstanding!! I have been a client of Karin Castellano for over 10 years. She is a true artist and innovator!! Karin is especially helpful to me because I am not at all savvy as to what looks best, etc. I would have no reservations in sitting with my eyes closed while she works her "magic". I am a big fan of Jessica who assists Karin with my appointments. She is kind and attentive and always welcoming! I will gladly wait for Jess if she is busy. Everyone at Ooh La La is extraordinarily warm and friendly! The atmosphere is relaxing and inviting. I truly look forward to my monthly visit to the salon and seeing all of the friendly faces. I would highly recommend Ooh La La with complete confidence!!

I've been a customer for over 18 years now! I love the place, people and excellent stylists. They have taken care of me and my family for years! Joelle does this amazing petal thing on my hair that gets rave reviews from my friends. Mary even has great Movie suggestions that my husband enjoys! I'm temporarily out of state and continue to come to Staten Island for my hair appointments.

I've been coming to Ooh La La for several years now. As soon as you walk in, there's a warm greeting. Each person who speaks with you is friendly and explains what he/she will be doing for you that day. You're accompanied to the correct station and offered a beverage. The color of my hair remains true, rather than losing its shade quickly. The staff is very helpful and skilled at helping clients pick an attractive hair color. Mary is absolutely artistic with short hair (a rarity these days)! My friends tell me my hair always looks like I just left the salon - a real tribute to an excellent haircut!

Thought I'd take a shot at this salon since I was staying with family close by and glad I did! I guess, you might say, I was a little desperate to have my hair done and was happy that they took me right away. When I walked in I saw a bunch of smiling faces and I thought hmm ...very nice to see! I just hope that this extends to the talent of the hairstylists. Well, it did!Sonata came over to me with a big smile and you know what else ? She WAS talented and professional! I was so lucky!

I love this place!! I don't live far, and Joelle is amazing she has died my hair amazing colors. The people here are so nice and friendly!! I recommend it to everyone! That is the amazing work they did on my hair.
