I've been going to Erika for my hair cuts for a while now, ever since she started in the eyebrow salon. Her quality of customer service has been slowly decreasing with each visit. My last visit was horrible. I was rudely greeted by the nail tech. Erika didn't listen to what I wanted. It took her two minutes to wash and condition my hair. She talks to other customers while I'm in the chair, or stops to answer the phone. She's become quite arrogant. Her business is going to go downhill with this kind of attitude.

where do i begin? if i can give negative stars i would no AC... they dont take credit but they cannot make change... they dont take credit because too many people demanded refunds, so that should tell you about the quality of their work. beware of cash only salons especially this one. Absolute Rudeness. no one who works there clearly speaks or understands English. They say walk ins are welcome but only after they are done talking to their friends and making you wait n obscene amount of time in the chair. the girl with the terrible acne, weight problem from Pakistan is someone who is no way qualified to do hair and think much higher of herself than she should. the Russian girl who does shampoos couldn't get the water warm and then proceeded to tell me how bad my hair was in texture and color... after she got water all over my face and clothes... maybe that was a language barrier but no way to treat a customer... this place is a joke.

Erika is the only one person I trust to do my hair! I’ve been coming to her for the past 5 years! Even after moving to Mineola, Long Island I still drive to her all the time to do my hair! She is the best hairstylist I’ve ever been to!

Went for waxing services and eyebrow tinting last minute (without an appointment), because my regular place had just closed. The lady was very nice, had a great sense of humor and made me feel very comfortable, the waxing and tinting were done perfectly and the prices are really good. I am planning to go back here for any waxing services from now on and I am eager to also try the facials.
