a friend recommend love salon, so i call made and appointment to get my hair cut and colored... i was welcomed with very friendly and professional person on the desk who showed me to the waiting area, and introduces me to the person who was going to be working on my hair. my stylist introduces herself and immediately explain to me the process ... i usually get anxiety went i get new person to do my hair but, i felt in safe and professional hands, she listed and produces exactly explain to me all the steps she was going to do, . the whole experiences was relaxing enjoyable and i felt so special by the friendly team. I'm super happy my friends recommend me this places with really nice prices and excellent service, super nice ambiance music. as a new costumer ill recommend make appointment, come on time, and check if Lena is available for eyebrows threading, and nail as well as hair coloring.... her work is mind blowing amazing.

The below reviews on their terrible customer service align with my own experience. The fact that they respond to customer reviews by rating the salon 5 stars and attacking "feedback" seems immature and makes me second guess the good reviews... Specifically, my service was fine but there was a last minute change in time - I yielded to this. The technician was cold to me the entire time - despite my efforts and tipping her well. I gave them another chance and booked another appointment - they AGAIN didn't have my appointment in their schedule and just like to those below were unapologetic as if THEY were the customer. Don't go here, infact might want to double check their licenses,tax etc....

It was a really bad experience. I wouldnâ€™t recommend the hairdresser Lyuba, she is terrible! She cut my hair not how I asked, the haircut looks bad and disappointing.
