Excessively long waits even when I schedule an appointment. I once scheduled for 12:00pm, came well on time and sat there until 1:30pm for a haircut... Every time I go it's full of new employees who are inexperienced. I seldom see the same face twice. Simple requests such as "give it a tinyyyy trim" and "the side is fine but make the top shorter please" mean nothing and they'll trim too much or start making the top shorter and worse of all I might come out with random areas where it was cut too much and my scalp is visible or an uneven cut overall. It's ridiculous and I don't recommend this place for a haircut.

I have an undercut which I got trimmed here. The hairdresser helped me decide which trimmer to use and he did a wonderful job! Very friendly, very quick, very affordable!
