When I went to the salon, they did my braids, my natural hair was pretty long and they cut 2 inches off without my consent. They didn’t bother to tell me that my braids would be the same length as my natural hair. They were very rude and aggressive when I told them that the braids they did, did not match the photo I showed them. When they combed my hair, it was very painful and I told the lady that it hurt but she did not care. They made me buy braiding hair, did not do my braids right, and ended up wasting $300. If you want to get your braids done, I definitely do not recommend this place.

I made an appointment 5 days before for 6:30pm. Show up the day of and the lady says that the person that was going to do the braid is not there that I can make an appointment for another day. How unprofessional. Couldn’t someone call to cancel? Not wait till I show up. DO NOT GO HERE.!!!! No one was even willing to help

Asked for box braids, got box braids. Simple. Neat, quick and good products used. Felt very at home, made me miss the braiding ladies in the Bronx.

I walk in here to ask the ladies how much they would charge to loc my hair. Staff was very rude and took about 5 mins after I walked in for someone to even ask me how they can help. Then the elder lady that finally asked me what I needed. Didn’t even take the time to look at my hair, didn’t even touch it or anything and said they could loc my hair. But I did back in 2016. But I got my hair done else where and my hair loc automatically. They could’ve just been honest and said they did do my texture of hair or that it would take too long but for you to just tell me my hair couldn’t get locked was so irking. Just off the rudeness I dealt with I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
