Pigtails & Crewcuts is a unique salon with children (boys and girls) as their main focus. They remove the historic fear of a child's first haircut and replace it with fun. Instead of the typical barber's chair, boys and girls are able to choose between a police car, fire engine, or an airplane. The fear is gone and replaced with a play date with their favorite barber. You can schedule your child's appointment in advance, and eliminate the tears.

We were literally kicked out of a salon because my 3 yr old went hysterical and wouldnâ€™t give the barber a chance to cut his hair. They said sorry we just cant. After that i decided ill just grow his hair and make a pony tail or something. But he really needed a hair cut. And we gave this place a shot . Thank god for landing us here. They are so good with kids so patient and professional and excellent hair cuts. It was our third time here yesterday and my son miraculously enjoys haircuts now . No crying not even a waaaanh. If I could rate them 10 stars i would.

Worse place. I booked an appointment for 2:40 and choose no preference for the stylist figuring i wouldnâ€™t get stuck with waiting for one person instead it took over an hour. In the meantime there were kids with later apppointments but because they had stylists who were on time they went ahead of my son. Also two stylists were finished and just standing around and when I asked they told me that I was scheduled with someone else so I had to wait. Worse customer service I have experienced for a hair cut. Definitely wouldnâ€™t recommend this place.

Paid for my babies first haircut package. Left good tips. The cut was fine , but the lady who was doing picture, didn't care about how this picture will look. Then they promised to send me the picture in the frame by mail. Since this time 3 month have passed and I've never got a picture ! I'm so disappointed ! I chose them by review especially to have this first hair cut photo!! I was calling them and reached them only once for all these time and was told ( 2 month after), that the owner is sending out all pictures. But nothing after that!!! (( so upset :(
