Went in 15 mins before closing and while I could tell the stylist wasn’t thrilled with me coming in so late (she didn’t converse whatsoever while cutting my hair)..which I understand coming in late in retail. I don’t blame her but she did an exceptional job with my cut. I plan to return. It’s my own fault for going in so late but was coming in from out of town and needed a cut.

Cheyanne is they are best stylist she is a beast with those scissors. Make sure to ask for her when you go. She is very attentive and gives you exactly what you vision for your hair.

Overall, a very new look for the Mint Hill area. My first time I went, I thought I was going to Great Clips until I saw Fantastic Sams was in its place. I gave it a try and luckily I had the, then manager, Jessica as my stylist. She made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and I felt so impressed with the salon vibe. After my cut, I immediately claimed her as my stylist and have been going since. Although, now that Jessica is no longer working at the salon anymore, I do like the new manager named Megan. Bright, professional, and outgoing. My experience with Megan was amazing. I didn't realize the salon closed at 6 on saturdays and arrived five minutes before closing and out of the kindness of her heart she managed to still give me a quick shape up. When I say this woman went in on my hair, she made me feel like a million bucks. The salon is now my go to place for me to clean up and get fresh. Completely recommend and I even get my eyebrows done now thanks to Fantastic Sams. Much love.

Went to Fantastic sams in Mint Hill it was my first time got a fade I'm super picky about my hair and normally go to a high end barbershop to get my fade but I happened to be in the area so I gave it a try. The staff was very professional and the salon was very clean and neat. I will be back to this establishment again my fade was perfect and needed no touch ups. Be sure to request Tara if you can she did an awesome job

My hair stylist was Megan. I wanted a perm. Best ever. I have had more compliments on my hair on Facebook than anytime. She's my new stylist. I'm one happy client.
