Terrible service. My Husband had to go to another salon to get his hair fixed after the stylist cut and Master Cuts wouldn't refund his money from what they messed up. Will never go here again. Wish I could give them a negative star. The people working here clearly don't like their jobs and should maybe find new ones. Don't worry so much about what the wives are doing and more about cutting hair. Absolutely the worst service.

We went in to get hair cuts here. There was only one person working, and there weren't any other customers. The stylist wasn't a 'people person' and made it very uncomfortable to be there. She did not take the time to make sure we liked the cuts we were getting. It was like she just wanted us in and out, as quick as possible. My hair was not cut even, and my husband's was cut too short. I like how conveinient this place is located, but we will not be coming back.

Had been going here for years to get my haircut went in today there was only one other customer there and two people working and I was totally ignored by both women that work there They looked me straight in the face several times and never asked if they could help me never did anything just totally ignored me totally rude and very unprofessional
