Want to start off by saying Brooks was the only competent hair stylist they had. I went to get an appointment with him and he had quit. (He was too good for them to say the least.) Decided no one could screw up a dead end trim that badly so I saw someone else. My mistake. I wound up walking out with the front of my hair 2 inches shorter in the front than the back, cut straight across my ears like a cocker spaniel. The way she styled my hair back while it was wet covered this up. Got home, realized how terrible I looked after I dried it out and styled it normally, went back and asked the manager on duty to even it out and fix it. She screwed it up even worse by trying to RAZOR the front into the back and wound up making it SHORTER, without cutting the back to match the front. Now I had cocker spaniel ears AND a mullet. I had to walk around like this for three weeks during the holidays until my colorist had an opening for a haircut - it cost me literally $250 to fix the mess they created and I lost over 3 inches of growth. Matt over at tHAIRapy said to me, in verbatim, "I have no idea how someone could have butchered hair so badly. I didn't think it was possible." The sheer amount of "oh my gods" and sighs while he looked over the mess they made was embarrassing. Never. AGAIN. Not even just for a 1/4 inch trim. Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY.

Sherrica recently colored my daughter hair and she did such a wonderful job. So many compliments on her hair color. It has boost my daughters confidence. Thank you so much Sherrica.

Brooks is a great stylist. I got a wonderful haircut that was exactly what we discussed. The customer service is phenomenal and they have great product sales.
