I can't say enough about this place! I'm a student at the seminary (which gets you a discount on an already adequately-priced haircut). Every time I visit, the staff goes above and beyond to communicate with me so they can deliver an above-satisfactory haircut. Erica is the best hairstylist I have found to date. She has also included advice on hair products and treatment (beards, too!). For the purposes of this review, I will keep it short by giving an example. In November, I went in for a routine haircut (call ahead). When I got to the location, Erica was the only person working (maybe an hour before closing). Calling ahead notified me that it might be a little later than I asked but I obliged. I come to discover another guest had a horrible experience at another hairdresser (damaging her hair almost beyond repair) and so the customer came to Erica with Supercuts looking for help. 4+ hours of working on one lady's hair, undoing another "hairdresser's" mistake, and providing emotional support. I can't tell you the look on this woman's face when all was said and done. Supercuts delivers amazing service. But they have managed to go above and beyond the expectations of a normal hairdresser.

Having relocated to the Wake Forest area and having used Supercuts in the past, I read the reviews here and on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Erica was my stylist and did an exceptional job. She's super professional and focused on giving you a great cut. I recommend making an appt ahead of time. They do take walk-ins but you might find regular customers ahead of you in the queue.

Seriously the best experience I've had in a long time. Pam is AMAZING! I started my day by going to a different location Supercuts. The hair stylist DESTROYED my hair. Pictures below. I asked for long layers and an angle in the front. She was so rushed, and basically kicked me out. I sat in the chair a total of 15 minutes (which is very short, as I have a LOT of hair). I paid and left, as she made me feel very rushed. I got home to style my hair only to find out it was completely ruined. I called a this location to ask if they could fix it, as I didn't even want to go back to the first Supercuts. I spoke to Pam on the phone who was so sympathetic and kind and made me an appointment right away. She did an amazing job! Her customer service was stellar and she fixed my ruined hair! I will definitely be going to Pam from now on!!!! The rest of the team with her today were also sympathetic and happy to see Pam fix my disaster! (See the after pics) I went from a very unhappy customer to a repeat customer. Pam is awesome!!!! :) :) :)

Erika is awesome!!! She is very professional!! She wants whats best to keep your hair healthy and strong..I have been going to her for a year as well as my daughter, and wouldnt think about going anywhere else!! Great positive attitude and explains things very well..highly recommended

Erica did a wonderful job with my wash, cut and blow out. I would encourage patience as she was the only worker there on a Wednesday evening. She did my cut, answered the phone and greeted new customers. She was very polite and handled the responsibility well.
