Visited here last week for my wife and I to get haircuts. We have been to this location many times. This time the young lady who cut my wife's hair was sick and coughing the entire time. We decided to leave before my cut to get away from the coughing and obviously sick employee. Now my wife is sick with the same symptoms. I called Great Clips Customer Service and asked for a manager or owner of the store to call us and now it has been a week and we have heard from no one. Shows how much they care about their customers ... two of whom they just lost. If you work in a personal service industry, do not go to work if you are sick.

I only bring my kids because its an easy cut. If employees can not drag their feet every time they walk around that would be great. Show some interest in your job! You come across annoyed and bored.
