Best Salon Ever! I recommend coming here if you want good results -Amazing Service -Very Reasonable Prices -Great Music -Positive Atmosphere -Friendly Staff Here's my overall review Dominican Hair Studio is the 1st & only salon that knows how to style, straighten, and color my hair with perfection. I suggest coming here first; to save yourself, time and money, here's why. Ok, so I have mixed curly hair, I've tried a considerable number of salons over the years before I was recommended here & all of the previous salons couldn't do my hair because they didn't understand my hair, was afraid to do anything to my hair, or didn't understand what I wanted done to my hair. I'm sure many of us has had that experience before. However, Dominican Hair Studio was the first and only salon that understood exactly how to handle my delicate curls. I only let the Dominican Hair Studio staff maintain my hair because they've consistently maintained outstanding results while taking care of my hair through its growing process. Thanks to them, my hair is healthy and longer than ever! I've religiously traveled to this salon for 3 years now & I will continue coming back. I live in Washington D.C now & I travel here every month or so, just to have them take care of my hair. The staff are very professional & take extremely good care of my hair. They have always understood exactly what I wanted and for these reasons, I suggest coming here first before going anywhere else, to save yourself, time and money.

Place was clean, not much of a wait...but prices change every SINGLE time I go here. I always only get a wash and style, so nothing extreme. The last visit I got to the counter and the girl who did my hair went back and forth with the guy ringing me out over the price. Then it came down to “how much did we tell you you would pay...how much did you pay?....”next time we will have to charge you more.” Uhhh no thanks.

The most pathetic experience ever!!! Totally inexperienced people!!! The hair wash was as of the lady wanted to wrench all the hair off!! Products they used killed my hair and it became rough and dead in just one visit! With knots that lasted till the next wash!!! The most horrible experience xperience I have had in part of the world !!! And to top it, they are just sitting there to fleece customers!!
