Great customer service !! Great staff !! My whole family enjoys the trip to see Ms Wendy and her awesome staff . They are the best .

I've had some great experiences at this location, and only one really negative one. It depends on who you get to cut your hair. One lady insulted my appearance (not just my hair, though she had something to say about that, too) three times during the 5-10 minutes I was in her chair. After that experience, I didn't go back to this location for over a year. I gave it another chance, and I'm glad I did. The other stylists have been great. Linda is the best, so ask for her. I wish I knew the name of the awful lady to avoid, but with her attitude, I doubt she's still there. Overall, it's a great, inexpensive little "chop shop" for people who just want a simple, no fuss haircut like me. Their coupons are great, when you can get them.

Terrible, terrible experience. Overall, the location was great and all other stylists (besides mine) were friendly and welcoming. My stylist was rude, abrupt and RUINED my hair. See pics. I had to go to a different location to have my hair fixed. I asked for long layers with an angle at the front. My stylist rushed through my hair and randomly hacked off a huge chunk on the front of my hair. She rushed me out without even blow drying my hair so I could see what it actually looked like. I paid and went home to style my hair, only to find out that there were no layers, and all my ends were frayed BADLY. I was so upset and immediately went to another location to have someone else fix what great clips had ruined. So upsetting! I returned to great clips a few hours later to speak to a manager and get a refund. The manager was kind and helpful and gave me my money back. All the while, my stylist was sitting behind the desk as the manager processed my refund and stared me down! How rude! It was as if she was upset with me.... because she ruined me hair?!?! AWFUL.

Sabina is myself and son's stylist every visit!! I have had many haircuts in my 32 years and Sabina is by far the best cut, always consistent and is very friendly. I will drive out of my way to come here (or Wakefield if Sabina is covering there) Thank you Sabina for being the best in the business and keeping our family so fresh and so clean clean!!
