My first two experiences here were good but today, not so much. I waited two hours to get my hair washed and 30 minutes for someone to twist my hair just to put me under a dryer. My daughter got her hair washed and hour and a half ago and she is still waiting in the stylist to come back and do her hair even though I have told them twice that she is sitting there waiting. The customer service is horrible and stylist are rude when you ask them questions. I will not be visiting this establishment again. Ever.

Fastest blowout ever! Abelina was so sweet and made sure she got me in and out on a Saturday without an appointment! My hair looks greats! Thank you!

Betty is horrible. First she took forever to do my hair . While she was in the process of dying my hair she was eating chicken from the back . Then as she was doing my hair she was talking on the phone getting distracted , then she said i needed a trim she did not trim she cut off more than a trim! She said it was 10 dollars extra i gave her a 20 she tried to keep the whole 20.. i also got a blow out she didnt even part my hair in sections for the flat iron part . I felt like she was worried about the money & she was rushing.

My wife really enjoys getting her hair done there. Very nice people and they are very good with the blower. I recommend you check them out.

The worse I've ever had. I called ahead and told Mercedes exactly what I wanted and when I was going to be there, and I thought she understood. CLEARLY NOT! When I got there not only was the wait crazy, but when I asked about it before they started they wouldn't tell me. So she washed my hair and kept trying to put me under the dry. I told her repeatedly that I didn't want to be under and I just came for a blow out. THEN THEY TELL ME WHAT THE WAIT IS! I couldn't stay and get my hair done so I left with wet hair... so incompetent.....annoyed
