I am happy to contribute to Joule’s already stellar reviews. This was my first service and Meredith did a fantastic job, especially with my vague ideas of what to do. I am growing my hair out and have had bad experiences before, but I will definitely be coming back as they gave me no reason to be afraid. Thanks!

I have been going to Joule Salon for almost two years. When I moved to the area from Philadelphia, I was nervous to find a salon that could trust. And Joule has absolutely surpassed my expectations. I have been going to Meredith and she has been amazing. She is incredibly friendly, talented, and professional. I would definitely recommend Joule to anyone who is looking for a new salon. You won't regret it!

I tried Joule Salon when I first moved to the Cary area and have been a loyal customer ever since. Meredith always takes great care of me and my hair. This salon is open late and on weekends which works best for my schedule. I highly recommend Joule Salon!

Lauren is a superstar. She is beyond talented. She listens closely, asks good questions, and then knows exactly what to do to meet the clients hair goals. I had recently had my hair done at a DIFFERENT salon, and I was super unhappy with the results. Had lost a ton of confidence in hair stylists. Then I saw Lauren. When I told her I was unhappy with my hair, she immediately understood the many things that were wrong. When telling her what I wanted, she listened to what I was saying, and it was clear she had already planned to do all the things I wanted because she is just that good and knew exactly what would look good on me. Throughout the process she worked with me, answering my many questions. The end product is spectacular. I couldn't be more happy, she did exactly what I had wanted from the beginning! Confidence restored :) Lauren is just one example of the many positive experiences I have had at Joule. They just have a great atmosphere there. They are very good at welcoming in their clients and making them feel at home. I have decided I am only ever going to Joule from now on, and hopefully I can stay with Lauren for as long as possible!

Alex is THE BEST at balayge! It's been a while since I've had my hair done, but the color still looks amazing! She also showed me how damaging cheap shampoos/conditioners are, and hooked me up with a professional shampoo & conditioner, which has been awesome for my hair. The salon is beautiful and everyone is so nice! Highly recommend this Salon!
