Shea did a great job fixing the hack job from my last stylist. Perfect color match and didn't leave any gray in the front. Now I know what a good stylist is all about. A forever client now!!

Always a great experience. The salon is nicely done and always clean. My stylist, Mary, is a master at her craft! I refuse to go anywhere else. I'm always over the moon with my color and cut. Perfect every time.

I recently got my hair highlighted with Maris and I could not be more thrilled with the quality of work at this salon. I've bounced around trying different salons and stylists in Raleigh for over 5 years now, constantly disappointed by exorbitant prices especially considering what I received in return. This was my third time at the salon and they have another customer for life, in me. My first two times at the salon were with Drew and he is absolutely stellar, I can't imagine getting my hair cut by anyone else now! Both Drew and Maris have such an, in my opinion, essential quality in that they are able to both listen to you and what you want while also providing their expertise when asked for (being that I often desire validation/2nd opinion).

Moved to Raleigh last year and I was recommended to go to Salon Alchemy and see Shea. Every haircut Iâ€™ve received has been top-notch, the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and the price is right..I wonâ€™t go anywhere else in Raleigh and neither should you!

Very disappointed. If you want a place that will respect your time, look elsewhere. When I called to make my reservation, the receptionist made it clear that I could be no more than 15 minutes late or I would be charged. No problem, I thought, because that means that they will be running on time. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. Twenty-five minutes after my appointment time, I was still waiting, and I informed the receptionist that I needed leave in the next 40 minutes to get to my next appointment. Since my stylist was still with the previous customer, they offered that she could squeeze me in, but I wouldn't get a blow out. When I asked if that would include a discount, they acted like I was crazy. I left without getting a haircut. If you are going to hold your customers to a 15-minute late policy, you should hold yourself to the same standard. I do not recommend.
