I went to Erica Eason for balayge highlights and not only did she color my hair the exact way I asked her not to, but she also left me with a visible line across the back of my hair. When I mentioned it to her, she told me â€œwe will fix it at your next appointmentâ€ which was still a month away at the time. Then the day before my appointment she canceled on me and said she would reach out with dates to make another appointment ASAP. After a week or so, I hadnâ€™t heard back from her and she had been posting about how she had February appointments available, so I messaged her saying I was assuming she wasnâ€™t going to reach out to me to book another appointment, which she opened and never responded to. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion, especially after you mess up a customerâ€™s hair.

Tiffany (loft 9) did an amazing job on my hair, and my 2 boys. Very respectful! She sits my sister hair and it looks great. Definitely book with her.

In a difficult time, Raquel went above and beyond with her kindness and care and service for a complete stranger. If I lived closer, I'd be there regularly.
