I went to Erica Eason for balayge highlights and not only did she color my hair the exact way I asked her not to, but she also left me with a visible line across the back of my hair. When I mentioned it to her, she told me “we will fix it at your next appointment†which was still a month away at the time. Then the day before my appointment she canceled on me and said she would reach out with dates to make another appointment ASAP. After a week or so, I hadn’t heard back from her and she had been posting about how she had February appointments available, so I messaged her saying I was assuming she wasn’t going to reach out to me to book another appointment, which she opened and never responded to. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion, especially after you mess up a customer’s hair.
