Go to the Hyde park location instead! The stylists here are really bad. My haircut took 25 minutes for a basic trim. Lady was knocking my head around very forcefully and then was very rough with trimmers. My neck is still red and sore. I should have left but, that’s easier said than done. Worst haircut I’ve ever had.

I walked out of the store with a chopped up hair cut.. the management is giving me 3 free hair cuts but I get to rock a messed up diangle forward for the summer.. the stylist that messed up my hair didnt even say sorry.

The lady used clippers that zinged my neck skin. Now its red and hurts.

Went in for a fade and the lady could not do it. I could see steps on the side of my head. Top was uneven and bangs not even close to straight. I said to stop and that it was good enough, paid and left to go to Hyde Park great clips to have it fixed. It looks great now, but I had to pay for two hair cuts and one tip for it to be right. Expensive mistake that I won’t make again.
