I went to Valenti yesterday asking for all over color to cover highlights that came out too warm. The stylist talked me into Partial Highlights and a Toner. I assumed this would be around the same advertised price of $99 for full color. I had asked to see hair swatches for the full color and the girl said highlight would be better to pull out the warmth. I had nothing but a partial highlight and toner. When I went to pay I was told it was $225! I almost passed out. The posted price for a partial highlight on their website is $99 for this person. No toner should jack up the price another $126. I was totally ripped off. I will Never go to this place again!!!! I was robbed plain and simple. Stay away from these people. They talk you into something and double their prices. Absolutely horrible thing to do to a retired person. And Yes, she knew I was retired due to a job loss at age 65. Shame on these people.

I visited Valenti on Beechmont Ave for the first time last week. Leah did an amazing job! I went in wanting something different and had ideas/pics and Leah was able to work some magic and now...I LOVE MY HAIR!!! A bonus to my haircut? A complimentary mini-facial!!! WOW! I will definitely be returning!

Overall one of the best salons in the area. Their nail salon is absolutely the best. Hair services depend on the level of stylist you choose, but most are very well trained and you should feel confident picking from anyone on their staff. I will have to say that they tend to go for a particular look --sleek, blown out, smooth hair. It looks sophisticated, but very typical. If you want something real, real different I would try somewhere else.
