I'm sorry to say that I won't go back here after my last encounter with a stylist. Unfortunately I don't remember her name, but I do remember that she stopped midhaircut (for a valid reason, but instead of addressing the reason in a private manner, she announced it in a way that others in the salon could overhear). There are times discretion is key and this was one of them.

I know there are nice people there, and I DID receive a good haircut. BUT when my mom went, they screwed up her hair, and she has a big work thing tonight. They also gave her the completely wrong haircut than what she wanted, and her hair doesn’t grow easily since she’s on a specific medicine the rest of her life. She was crying over it, and she doesn’t cry often. She got her money back, but still. She didn’t like it.

I've been getting my haircut here for years. Sierra and Julie are the best people to cut hair but I can also say the same about everyone else. They always know what to do.
