Incompetent stylist who doesn’t care

I specifically said how much for a trim 1 inch and she left only 1 inch. Run from this place and avoiding it is essential

I stopped in at this location last Sunday and they did a great job! I came in to get my head shaved down and my mustache and goatee trimmed and my stylist was great! She also made sure to put in the notes how I wanted my hair done and made notes about the mustache and goatee trimming as well! I have never felt so clean after coming to this location! Very down to earth and I found out that the same owner that owns the York Road branch also owns this one! Would recommend stopping in if you are my hair type and need to get something like my type of cut done!

Pam is awesome! Got many compliments on my haircut and layers So I sent them to her at Great Clips Southland. Price is right and you get in right away when you need a fresh haircut.

Shannon did a great job fixing my bob I went to the great clips in ridge park square and worst experience with a hair cut ever. I went from long hair cut down to my butt to short to a bob. And I have no clue what that girl was doing to my hair. I came to this location in middleburgh hts on pearl and got it fixed thank you Shannon

Just no. Spend the extra money and find a salon. Figured I could take my daughter for a fairly simple cut, walked out thinking it was mostly ok, but definitely not what we asked for. Went to do her hair this morning and found out it's so butchered!! On top of going way off picture, it was so uneven! Thank God my kid has wonderful self esteem, she's gonna need it.
