UPDATE Nov 2017: I have been going to Sonalia for several months now and service continues to be perfect from Olga. Things have changed a little, Patrick was fired, thank god, he was an ass. Its so much more quiet now you can actually have a normal conversation and relax. Everyone is in a great mood and Olga makes you feel so good when she's taking care of you. I always look forward to my visits. I'm new to the area but looking at Google then Yelp I found this salon due to all the 5 star reviews. Given its so hard to find a good stylist, I had to give it a try and see if it was for real. I made an appointment with Olga, I had no idea she was the owner and she was so wonderful and helpful. We talked for a good 20 minutes about what I would have done at my old salon, and we discussed my color and cut and ways to change it up and make it more fresh looking. She really knows her business, she did exactly what she said she would do, no surprises. I have gotten so so many compliments!, my husband loved it the second I walked in the house! I already made a new appointment to get my nails done, she does it the European way, and her work is so perfect, just look at her nails and you know. She mentioned they do Spa treatments too. I found my new Salon! Thank you Olga!

So glad that I found this place! Olga is a genius, and I'm always really happy with my haircuts. She is also very nice about working me into her schedule even at the last minute, and sends appt reminders, which I appreciate. I always have a fabulous experience, and there is no place else that you can get a shampoo/conditioning, haircut, blowdry/styling for only $45. Her attention to detail is uncommon. Will continue to come to her as long as I'm living in Cleveland.

This is my third time visiting Patrick, and we always have a great time - I am now one of his loyal following. He understands the complexities of my very curly hair, and the cut and subtle color get better each time! He has great suggestions for helping my hair look the best it can while also honoring my preferences. Can't wait till the next appointment!

I moved away from my old hairstylist. So far I have been at the Sonalia Hair Salon twice and loved it! The place is clean, comfy and pleasant. The entire staff is warm, welcoming. Patrick did my color, haircut and he is excellent! Patrick listens to what you say, gives professional suggestions and is so skilled to bring a vision alive. I absolutely love my new hair color and style! Definitely recommend Patrick and Sonalia Hair Salon!

Patrick did an amazing job salvaging my previous bad haircut. I was used to SF salons and struggled to find a salon that had the same high quality in Cleveland. I found it at Sonalia Hair Salon, the entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely be going back and weeks later I'm still very pleased with my haircut.
