I was referred to Morgan 1st time at a JCPenney salon needed a haircut and highlight. I couldn’t be happier the color is perfect she gave me exactly what I wanted with the haircut, I also had it blowout and styled and told her to go ahead and do it however she wanted because I always could use a new way to style it it looked great! I went to dinner and my friend complemented me on how nice my hair looked. I definitely be a returning customer. Thank you Morgan

I had the pleasure of working with Nixza, and I cannot begin to express how much I LOVE my hair! I went in there with highlights that I absolutely hated. It was far from what I wanted. I explained to Nixza my situation and showed her a picture of what my hair was supposed to look like & that’s exactly what she did. I walked out of that salon feeling like a million bucks! Totally recommend her to friends, family, & even strangers! I will never go to anybody else again! Thanks Nixza!!

My 8 year old daughter went to get her hair done for her birthday. She has curly hair as she is bi racial. The stylist named Pamela who was booked to do my daughters hair literally walked up to my daughter and said "oh no not me" and turned around and walked away. No explanation no anything to my daughter and she refused to do my daughters hair because she is biracial my daughter had to wait for an available stylist (which was nice) but my daughter felt terrible and inadequate after words on her birthday. I have always took my children here but never again since I see they have staff that believe it's okay to discriminate and are completely unprofessional about it. Terrible experience

I went in to get a cut and full highlight with a picture of exactly what I wanted. First I was paired with Gina. When I asked if my expectation was reasonable considering my hair she said yes. Little did I know she didn't have much color experience. She highlighted my hair about 1/2 down from the root and did about 1 highlight for every 4 she left of my current hair. Even though I asked for an extremely blonde look, and my hair was brown. By the time she was finished I looked like i box died my hair with a highlight cap. It was horrendous. I asked to speak to a manager and a master stylist came over that basically defended Gina the whole time and told me she didn't do anything wrong and everything looked as it should (I wish I had taken a picture), however I was told I could come back again and have Gina fix my hair. I refused but said I would come back with a different sylist. What I thought was most odd is the Manager being a master stylist she didn't offer to fix my hair. Anyway I came back the next day and was paired with Angela. She looked at my hair I told her what happened I showed her the same picture, and she spent a ton of time and effort on my hair and was completely able to achieve the look I expected. She set great expectations for what we may have fallen short on during the appointment, and than vastly overachieved them according to what she explained may happen. She did exactly what I wanted, and my color was perfect. I will absolutely go back to see Angela, and would highly recommend her to anyone that wants a great look, she was nice, and patient the entire time, and did everything she said she could and more. I will definitely go back to see her again my 5 stars are based on her alone. I would never go back to see Gina nor do I understand why someone would be assigned to do that kind of color with limited experience, not impressed with JCPenney for that thought, very impressed with Angela as a stylist.

Lela was my hairstylist. I went from very long hair to very short hair. It was my first time cutting my hair. But my experience there eas awesome. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I love my style cut anf color. I will be going back
